What happens if my sale falls through?
The reality is, after a contract becomes contingency-free, 98% of residential sales close on schedule.
But if a sale does fall through Pronto Commissions has a straightforward policy. You can choose to pay the amount owing in full or you can replace the outstanding amount with the proceeds up to four of your future sales. A minimum of 25% of the outstanding amount owing from the collapsed deal is deducted from the subsequent commission advances — then applied to the outstanding balance until it is repaid in full.
That’s it! …No big deal!
When can I receive my Pronto Commissions?
Pick any day of the month to receive your Pronto Commissions.
Why? Simply because you can. Let’s face it, a career in real estate can be demanding. It’s not easy to control your sales – but now you can have total control over when you receive the commission you’ve earned.
