Really, that’s it.
When you’ve sold a single-family home where all “contingencies” or “conditions” have been met or removed, you are eligible to receive a commission advance on your commission from Pronto Commissions and gain direct access to your income.
Once your Pronto Commissions account has been established, a single one page Commission Advance Request is all that it takes. That’s it!
- Up to 100% of your “commission split” is available to a maximum of $9,500 per transaction.
- Closing dates can be as long as 120 days in the future.
- Your pronto commissions™ Advance will be deposited directly into your bank account.
- No personal credit checks are required.
